Amazing experience

Andy helped me with a task I was not sure was possible to automate at all and my problem was solved within 1.5 hour of work, which is going to save me SO MANY hours over time. I'm extremely happy with the work Andy did, and will only use him for future automations with Zapier. Highly recommend Andy!

Incredible service from start to finish

Wow, what can I say. Andy is some kind of Zapier wizard. I contacted him at 11am on a Sunday. A couple of hours later and all my Zap issues are solved. Nothing was too much trouble and you could tell he genuinely wanted to solve my problems. When I'm stuck again there's only one place I'll be returning. Thanks Andy!

Complicated Request

We asked for help on a complicated issue, and we found Andy very easy to work with, responsive, he quickly understood the issues and then provided a good solution. Any minor adjustments, once live, were made quickly and efficiently. The important question we ask ourselves is would we use Saastronomical again, and the answer is yes, without hesitation.

I would definitely be using Andy again and again. We had a very very complex project. It took him maybe 6 hours total but he is sooooo fast. I could barely keep up with him when he would share his screen with me. haha! Don't waste your money on someone cheaper but ends up being slow. Just buck up and spend the hourly rate on someone fast and super good.

Thanks Andy I was blown away but Andy's surgical speed and skill at getting my current zap corrected, simplified and tested during our session. Hands down a great experience and I fully endorse all of his skills during and after our session. He saved us money by writing Java code to shorten the number of steps or actions per zap; while allowing for changes down the road and adding necessary filters. After the session he quickly helped me debug it by communicating with Zapier help desk as I had an extra webhook that needed to be disabled on our end from DeviceMagic. I can now automatically produce Quickbooks invoices from every filtered field submissions in Device Magic. I will definitely be returning for his expertise on future zaps.

I was so impressed with how quickly Andy was able to understand what was going on with my incredibly long and complicated zap, analyze the situation, and come up with a solution! I suffered for over a year with an inefficient zap that technically worked, but was such a pain to operate that I would dread digging into it whenever there was a problem. In an hour, Andy completely redid the zap and (I'm not joking) cut it down by 19 STEPS!!!! I really wish I had just reached out to him sooner!

Super Helpful and a True Problem Solver

I asked Andy to help connect Ninox with Outlook Contacts to add a new contact or update an existing one should it be needed. Because of the way we interact with customers, the initial details collected can vary substantially, Andy worked through making sure no duplicates could be created and the information was always going to be sent accordingly. During the testing of this Andy identified that Ninox was sending the information to Ninox upon each field being completed which was causing problem. From there he created a webhook in Zapier and linked it to a button in Ninox for us to add customers to our contacts when we feel appropriate, this was a big plus for us and I am super grateful for his efforts!
