When you're using WebinarKit, Zapier, and Podia for the first time... Andy can speed up your troubleshooting when you're already behind schedule and just don't have the time... In fact, two problems got solved within a half an hour, and we have an agreement that if anything comes up in the next three months we can use the other half hour. So he's fast and efficient.

I initially thought my task was an easy one. However, once me and Andy spoke it was apparent that there were elements of the work I needed to be done which I hadn't foreseen. If I had attempted this myself it would without a doubt caused days of scratching my head, time wasted and energy drained. Andy was able to think quickly as to what we may need to do and within the time given he was able to effectively complete the task I needed AND advise on any thing which I may need to look out for in the future. Have actually been using Zaps myself in the past 2 years but then I've encountered one major problem while making a new zap with PDFfillers. I actually don't have the time to research and rummage through Google just to find the solution to my problem, especially with all the other work that I've need to do. I needed a solution right away and that's what Andy did! Would definitely recommend him. A great gentleman, right on time, quick, and straight to the point! Have booked a 1-hour call appointment but he solved it in just about 15 mins. He even offered me another appointment because we solved the problem too quickly. Best thing is that I can see what he is doing right on my screen - he shares some insights and tips on how I can make my Zap better which is def a plus.
