As a Lowcode Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our ecommerce clients in optimising their operations, improving efficiency, and achieving their strategic growth and scale objectives. You will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients in ecommerce, retail and wholesale as well as vendors in the ecommerce ecosystem to provide expert guidance, analysis, and actionable recommendations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects, interact with a variety of clients, and make a tangible impact on their businesses.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce clients, understanding their specific needs in relation to automation and lowcode solutions.
Lowcode Analysis and Assessment: Conduct technical analyses and assessments, identify areas for automation and optimisation in clients' business processes.
Strategic Lowcode Planning: Collaborate with clients on developing effective automation and lowcode strategies to improve their ecommerce operations.
Automation Process Optimisation: Identify, recommend lowcode improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs and streamline ecommerce operations.
Lowcode Solutions Analysis: Analyse the efficacy of implemented lowcode solutions, create predictive models for future improvements, provide actionable insights.
Change Management: Assist clients in managing changes brought about by the implementation of automation and lowcode solutions in their business, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with strategic goals.
Automation Recommendations: Provide automation solutions based on data-driven insights, industry best practices and lowcode principles.
Lowcode Project Management: Lead or support automation and lowcode project initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation of strategies and solutions.
Client Education: Educate clients on emerging trends in ecommerce automation, lowcode tools and technologies, and best practices for their application.
